Here at Axmann & Whitaker Gynecologic Associates, we feel that it continues to be in our patients best interests to have access to gynecologic care. We are open and will be seeing patients, understanding that the Coronavirus situation is changing and evolving day by day. We will continue to follow the ongoing discussions and hospital imposed regulations as they develop. Within the office environment, we are diligently doing all that we can to maintain a clean and sterile environment with stringent cleaning protocols.
To continue to provide our services, it is important that any patient who has symptoms that may be related to the Coronavirus - such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath or known exposure inform us by calling our office at (972) 378-0068 prior to your appointment.
Effective March 16, 2020 the hospital is providing a screening system at the designated entrances to limit access to those with symptoms or signs of viral illness, so as not to put the community at further risk. Patients that indicate excess risk will be given information on how to best take care of themselves as well as when and where to seek medical care. Do not be alarmed by this, as it is designed to enhance everyone's safety and limit the spread of the Coronavirus.
